Higher configurations include a 12GB RAM with 512GB storage variant priced at $1,400 and an ultimate 16GB RAM with 1TB storage model costing approximately $1,700. The prices reflect a slight increase over the previous Tab S10 Ultra but remain competitive given the upgrades.
