Vivo is gearing up to launch its next flagship phone, the Vivo X300, with a new Geekbench listing revealing some key specifications well ahead of the expected September 2025 launch. The listing sheds light on the model’s chipset, memory, and software, sparking excitement among tech enthusiasts and Vivo fans.

Vivo X300 Geekbench Listing Details

The Vivo X300, listed under model number V2509A, has recently appeared on the Geekbench database. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, a powerful and efficient SoC known for its strong performance in upper mid-range to flagship smartphones. The CPU configuration features an ultra-core clocked at 4.21GHz, complemented by three cores at 3.50GHz and four cores at 2.7GHz. The GPU is the ARM Mali-G1 Ultra MC12, capable of handling intensive graphic tasks smoothly.

The unit tested comes with a generous 16GB of RAM and runs the latest Android 16 operating system. On Geekbench, the device scored 2,352 points in the single-core test and 7,129 in the multi-core benchmark. While these scores are somewhat lower than expected for the Dimensity 9500, they likely reflect early testing phases. Final commercial units should bring improved performance.

Expected Launch and Variants

The Vivo X300 series is anticipated to launch in September 2025, based on radio certification approvals and market rumors. Two model numbers—V2502A and V2509A—have surfaced in recent certification filings, with the current Geekbench listing corresponding to V2509A. It remains unclear whether this model is the standard Vivo X300 or a Pro variant, but both are expected to debut around the same timeframe.

Interestingly, a variant named V2502DA has also been certified and is reported to support Beidou satellite short messaging service, suggesting localization features for specific markets.
