Vivo X300 Series Receive Radio Certification, Expected to Launch in September

Vivo is preparing to launch its upcoming X300 series smartphones, likely in September 2025, following the recent receipt of radio certification for multiple models in China. The certification includes two main models believed to be the standard Vivo X300 and its variant with satellite messaging support, strengthening rumors of the imminent release of the new flagship series.

Vivo X300 Series: What to Expect

The Vivo X300 series is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship chipset, with the X300 and X300 Pro models likely being the world’s first phones to feature this SoC. This powerful chipset is set to debut in China around September 22, making the X300 series launch closely aligned with the chipset release.

Certification Details and Upcoming Launch

  • Two Vivo phone models, V2502A and V2502DA, have been officially radio certified in China.
  • The V2502A is believed to be the standard Vivo X300, while the V2502DA variant adds support for Beidou satellite short messaging.
  • Additional models like V2509A and V2505A are also certified, with the latter linked to the iQOO 15 phone.
  • Further certifications, including 3C and TENAA, are expected shortly, paving the way for official product announcements.

Based on these developments, the Vivo X300 series launch is anticipated by the end of September 2025 in China. Meanwhile, the iQOO 15 powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset may debut in October.

The Vivo X300 series may be joined by Pro Mini and Ultra variants, with the Ultra models anticipated to launch in the first half of 2026, pushing flagship capabilities further with more premium specs and camera technology.
