At the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, OPPO and MediaTek announced a major partnership to debut the new Dimensity 9500 chipset in the upcoming OPPO Find X9 Series. This makes the Find X9 lineup the first smartphone series globally to be powered by MediaTek’s latest flagship SoC.
The new chipset features a third-generation All-Big-Core CPU architecture with one 4.21GHz ultra-core, three premium cores, and four performance cores — boosting single-core performance by up to 32% and multi-core by 17%, while cutting peak power use by 55%. It also brings the Arm G1-Ultra GPU, delivering up to 33% better graphics and improved energy efficiency for console-grade ray tracing.
MediaTek showcased the Dimensity 9500’s powerful AI and imaging capabilities, including real-time image-to-image rendering, 4K text-to-image generation, and advanced Unreal Engine graphics for console-level realism. OPPO also confirmed the Find X9 will feature a custom cooling system for sustained high performance.
The OPPO Find X9 Series is set to launch in China on October 16, followed by its India launch in November 2025.
