vivo has officially begun the global rollout of its flagship smartphones, the X300 and X300 Pro, starting with select European countries including Austria, Spain, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Italy. These releases follow the models’ earlier debut in China earlier this month.
The global variants retain nearly identical specifications to the Chinese versions, including the Dimensity 9500 processor, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Both devices feature IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The brand is also offering an optional ZEISS 2.35x telephoto extender kit with a grip accessory.

The vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.05mm ultra-narrow bezel, while the X300 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate. Camera setups differ between the models: the X300 includes a 200MP Samsung HPB sensor, while the X300 Pro introduces a 50MP Sony LYT828 main camera paired with a 200MP HPB telephoto lens. Both sport a 50MP front camera and vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, with the Pro variant also adding the VS1 chip.

Battery capacities for Europe are slightly reduced compared to the Chinese variants: the X300 houses a 5360mAh cell, and the X300 Pro comes with 5440mAh, both with 90W fast wired and 40W wireless charging support.
Prices in Europe start at €1,049 (around USD 1,213 / Rs. 1,07,655) for the vivo X300 and €1,399 (around USD 1,617 / Rs. 1,43,575) for the X300 Pro. A bundle with the telephoto extender and grip kit is priced at €1,997. vivo offers launch discounts across models, with global expansion expected through November and an India release planned for December.
