Nothing has officially confirmed the India launch date for its latest smartphone — the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite. The device will make its debut on November 27, following its rollout in the UK and Europe last month.
The company has emphasized that the Phone (3a) Lite will be Made in India, continuing its manufacturing commitment seen in recent launches. The smartphone features tempered glass on both sides, a glyph LED light system, and a triple-camera setup on the rear. The camera configuration includes a 50MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro camera.
On the front, the device sports a 6.77-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3000 nits — identical to the regular Nothing Phone (3a).
Under the hood, the Phone (3a) Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and support for an additional 8GB of virtual RAM. The phone includes dual SIM 5G, up to 2TB expandable storage, and runs Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5. Nothing has also confirmed support for three major Android updates and six years of security patches, with Nothing OS 4.0 (Android 16) expected in early 2026.
Interestingly, this model comes preloaded with Instagram and Facebook, marking a shift from the typically bloatware-free software approach Nothing is known for — though the apps can be uninstalled if not needed.
Powering the phone is a 5000mAh battery, with support for 33W fast charging, capable of reaching 50% in around 20 minutes.
Like previous Nothing devices, the Phone (3a) Lite will be available exclusively on Flipkart. Pricing details will be revealed at the launch event later this month.
