India’s Significance for Nothing

India has been instrumental in Nothing’s success, with the company emerging as the fastest-growing smartphone brand in the country. According to Counterpoint’s Q4 2024 India Smartphone Tracker, Nothing achieved a staggering 577% year-over-year growth. This rapid expansion is attributed to strong demand for its Phone (2a) Series and the sub-brand CMF by Nothing.

Expansion Plans

Under Evangelidis’ leadership, Nothing aims to further fortify its presence in India. The company plans to significantly increase its offline retail footprint to over 12,000 stores by the end of 2025. Currently, Nothing’s products are available in over 9,000 retail stores across the country, including major partners like Croma, Vijay Sales, and regional chains such as Sangeetha and Poorvika.

Commitment to ‘Make in India’

Nothing is committed to accelerating its ‘Make in India’ initiatives. The upcoming Phone (3a) series, set to launch on March 4, will be manufactured locally in Chennai, reinforcing the company’s dedication to leveraging India’s robust manufacturing ecosystem and contributing to the local economy.
