Nothing has introduced its first over-ear headphones, the Nothing Headphone (1), in India. These headphones bring the brand’s iconic transparent design to a new category, offering a striking look that matches the company’s phones and earbuds. Priced at ₹21,999, with a special launch day price of ₹19,999, the Nothing Headphone (1) aims to deliver a premium audio experience with a range of advanced features.
The headphones are acoustically engineered in partnership with KEF, a respected name in high-fidelity audio. They feature 40mm dynamic drivers with an 8.9mm PU surround, promising rich bass and clear sound. The Nothing Headphone (1) comes equipped with up to 42dB hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which adapts in real time by scanning your surroundings every 600 milliseconds. There’s also a wear-detection system that monitors noise leakage between the earcup and your ear canal, ensuring optimal noise isolation. For those who want to stay aware of their environment, a Transparency Mode is available, along with Adaptive Bass Enhancement and spatial audio with dynamic head tracking for a more immersive listening experience.
Battery life is another highlight, with up to 80 hours of playback possible when ANC is off and up to 35 hours with ANC enabled. A quick 5-minute charge gives up to 2.4 hours of listening with ANC on. The headphones are designed for comfort and durability, having passed over 50 reliability tests and earning an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance.
On the connectivity front, the Nothing Headphone (1) supports Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC, AAC, and SBC codecs, as well as USB-C audio and a 3.5mm jack. It is compatible with Android and iOS devices and offers features like Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, and dual device connection. For calls, the headphones use AI-powered Clear Voice Technology with a 4-mic ENC system, trained on millions of scenarios to ensure your voice comes through clearly even in noisy environments.

Controls are easy to use, with a combination of roller, paddle, and button mechanisms for adjusting volume, changing tracks, and switching between ANC and Transparency modes. Users can further personalize their experience with an 8-band EQ and button remapping via the Nothing X app.
The Nothing Headphone (1) will be available in both Black and White colors starting July 15, 2025, through Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, Myntra, Vijay Sales, Croma, and other leading retail stores. Buyers can also avail up to 12 months of no-cost EMI on offline purchases. With its transparent design, premium sound tuning, adaptive noise cancellation, and long battery life, the Nothing Headphone (1) is set to appeal to music lovers and tech enthusiasts across India.
