Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has leaked with subtle yet smart upgrades in battery and charging specs, according to new certification details from Finland’s SGS Fimko. The tablet will feature an 11,600mAh battery, marking a slight increase from the 11,200mAh battery in the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. While the jump in battery capacity is modest, it should contribute to better battery life, especially coupled with the expected more power-efficient 3nm chipset rumored to be the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+.
Charging speeds remain unchanged, with the Tab S11 Ultra supporting 45W fast charging—matching last year’s Ultra model. The certification also confirms the device models as SM-X930, SM-X936B, and SM-X936N, consistent with earlier leaks identifying them as variants of the Tab S11 Ultra.

Additional rumored specs include 12GB of RAM in base models and 16GB for higher storage variants (up to 1TB). The tablet is expected to launch with Android 16 running Samsung’s One UI 8, providing a fresh and refined user experience.
Design-wise, leaks suggest the Tab S11 Ultra may simplify its front camera setup, possibly opting for a single front-facing camera instead of the dual cameras seen previously, while retaining a dual-camera setup on the back.
The new Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is anticipated to be announced in the latter part of 2025, positioning it against Apple’s iPad Pro and iPad Air lineup, which is also expected to receive hardware updates soon.
