OpenAI has launched a new feature called ChatGPT Pulse that gives you daily personalized updates. Instead of waiting for you to ask questions, it works in the background and shows useful information each morning in the form of visual cards.
ChatGPT Pulse connects with your calendar, chat history, memory, and even Gmail to prepare updates. For example, if you have a trip planned on your calendar, it can show you travel tips and recommendations. It can also remind you of birthdays, help draft meeting notes, or give quick updates on topics you care about most.
Right now, ChatGPT Pulse is in preview and is available only to Pro users on the $200/month plan. OpenAI plans to improve it and bring it later to Plus users.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says Pulse is like having a super-smart personal assistant—not just reactive, but proactive. It learns your preferences, makes smart suggestions, and aims to save you time every day.
With OpenAI also working on a new AI-powered device, this feature could play a big role in making AI feel more personal and helpful in daily life.
