CMF has begun teasing its next-generation smartwatch, the CMF Watch 3 Pro, set to launch soon in India and various global markets. The Watch 3 Pro will succeed last year’s CMF Watch Pro 2, bringing a range of upgraded health and fitness features aimed at delivering a smarter and more personalized wearable experience.

Upgraded Sensors and Enhanced Fitness Tracking

At the heart of the new Watch 3 Pro is an upgraded 4-channel heart rate sensor, designed to deliver more accurate and comprehensive health data monitoring. The device will also feature dual-band GPS, ensuring improved location tracking and more precise route mapping for outdoor activities.

Additional health improvements include enhanced sleep tracking accuracy, with data likely refined through both hardware and software upgrades. The smartwatch will support over 130 sports modes, catering to a wide variety of exercise types and fitness routines.

AI-Powered Coaching and Personalized Recovery

One of the standout features teased is the integration of AI-powered running guidance and real-time coaching, allowing users to receive tailored workout advice as they exercise. Along with this, the Watch 3 Pro will offer personalized recovery tips to help optimize rest and improve overall performance.

Display and Design

The Watch 3 Pro will retain the AMOLED display technology seen in previous models, promising sharp visuals and vibrant colors. It will also launch with a new generation of watch faces, offering users fresh customization options. The teaser reveals the smartwatch in three distinct colors, though specific details on materials and build are yet to be confirmed.

Switch From CMF Watch App to Nothing X App

In a significant shift, CMF is retiring the standalone CMF Watch app in favor of integrating smartwatch controls into the Nothing X App. This move allows for deeper data insights, enhanced personalization, and seamless AI-powered features.

CMF Watch App

The new app supports the entire Pro series lineup—CMF Watch Pro, Watch Pro 2, and the new Watch 3 Pro—providing a unified control hub for settings, firmware updates, and detailed fitness tracking.

Data Migration Process

Users currently on the CMF Watch app have until July 2026 to transition to the Nothing X App. The migration process involves:

  • Unbinding the watch from the older CMF Watch app
  • Pairing it with the Nothing X App, which will automatically prompt a data migration guide
  • Selecting a date range (from October 2023 onward) to transfer workout records, daily activity, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, active score, training load, and fitness goals

Some personal details such as nickname, birthday, gender, avatar, height, weight, female health data, and custom watch faces will need to be re-entered manually in the Nothing X App for accurate tracking, as they don’t transfer automatically.

Once data migration is initiated, the original CMF Watch account is permanently deactivated.

What to Expect Next

With smart health tracking upgrades, advanced AI coaching, and a revamped app ecosystem, the CMF Watch 3 Pro aims to elevate the user experience for fitness enthusiasts and everyday users alike. The official launch date has yet to be announced, but the teasers indicate it will arrive soon, continuing to build on the success of CMF’s previous Pro series smartwatches.

As CMF embraces AI capabilities and streamlines the connected experience through the Nothing X App, the Watch 3 Pro could become a compelling option for users seeking a feature-rich smartwatch with improved accuracy and personalized health insights.
