Fresh leaked renders have given us our clearest look yet at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, revealing major design changes and highlighting its slim profile. The flagship tablet is expected to debut at IFA 2025 in early September, and these images confirm several of its most premium features.

Ultra-Thin Design with Minimal Bezels

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will reportedly ship with an enormous 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, delivering a crisp 2,960 × 1,848 resolution. Despite its panel size, the device will be remarkably slim at just 5mm thick, making it one of the thinnest tablets ever produced by Samsung.

The renders also reveal ultra-slim bezels surrounding the display, maximizing screen real estate while maintaining a premium aesthetic.

A New Notch Design for the Front Camera

One of the more notable changes is the semicircle (waterdrop-style) notch positioned at the top of the display for the 12MP selfie camera. Unlike the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, the new model will drop the ultra-wide front camera, a move that may disappoint fans of the previous dual-camera setup but keeps the design cleaner.

Powerful Internals: MediaTek Dimensity 9400+

Samsung looks set to continue its strategy of using MediaTek’s flagship processors in its top-tier tablets. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is tipped to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

To support such a powerhouse configuration, the device is said to pack a massive 11,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging, ensuring long hours of productivity and entertainment.

Dual Camera Setup on the Back

On the rear, the tablet will sport a 12MP primary sensor alongside a 13MP ultra-wide lens. Both the front and rear cameras are expected to support 4K video recording, a welcome addition for prosumers and creators who require high-quality video capture.

Software & Long-Term Support

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will reportedly run Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8.0 interface, offering the latest AI-driven features and customization options. Even more impressively, Samsung is said to be promising seven years of OS and security updates, placing it on par with the Galaxy S25 smartphone lineup in terms of longevity.

Expected Launch at IFA 2025

The Tab S11 Ultra is rumored to be the most premium model in a lineup of four tablets Samsung plans to unveil. With its combination of an ultra-thin body, massive AMOLED display, cutting-edge hardware, and long software support, it’s shaping up to be a serious player in the high-end tablet market, competing with the iPad Pro and other flagship Android tablets.

If the leaks prove accurate, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will not only be a powerhouse but also one of the sleekest tablets ever made. Samsung’s focus on design, power, and extended software support could make it one of the most compelling tablets of 2025.

The official reveal is expected at IFA Berlin in September, and fans won’t have to wait long to confirm all the details.
