Fresh leaks from retail sources have reconfirmed the Google Pixel 10a’s full specifications and €499 starting price, just days before its official unveiling on February 18, 2026.

Design and Durability Upgrades

The Pixel 10a sports a refreshed, flatter design that’s slightly lighter and smaller than its predecessor, while retaining the familiar 6.3-inch P-OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. A major highlight is the upgraded Gorilla Glass 7i protection, offering superior drop and scratch resistance compared to the older Gorilla Glass 3. It keeps the same Tensor G4 chipset and 8GB RAM, prioritizing reliability over revolutionary hardware changes.

Charging and Battery Boost

Charging sees a significant improvement with 45W wired speeds—nearly double the previous 23W—paired with the unchanged 5,100mAh battery for quicker top-ups. Wireless charging remains unconfirmed in leaks, potentially omitted to maintain affordability, though this will be clarified at launch. The camera setup mirrors the prior generation, focusing on software-driven performance.

Software, Pricing, and Availability

Launching with Android 16, the Pixel 10a promises seven years of OS and security updates, ensuring support through 2033. Pricing starts at €499 (about $590) for 128GB in Europe, with a pre-order perk offering the 256GB variant at the same price. Pixel 10a Color options include Obsidian, Fog, Lavender, and Berry, making it a compelling budget Pixel contender.
