The OPPO Self-Help Assistant caters to a wide range of OPPO smartphones, including popular lines like A, F, K, Reno, and Find Series. This comprehensive coverage ensures a significant portion of OPPO users in India can benefit from this initiative.

Aligned with Right to Repair

The launch of the Self-Help Assistant aligns with the Government of India’s “Right to Repair” framework. This framework emphasizes empowering users with the resources and knowledge to maintain their devices. By providing users with self-service options, OPPO is demonstrably supporting this initiative.

Easy Access and Functionality

Accessing the Self-Help Assistant is straightforward. Users can either visit the OPPO website or navigate to the Support tab within the MyOPPO app.

Once inside, users simply select their specific device model. The Assistant offers two primary functionalities: Simulations and Troubleshooting.

Simulations: This feature provides access to information and guides on over 400 commonly used settings and functions like Camera, Memory, Recording, Backup, Wi-Fi, and Hotspot. Users can explore these features through step-by-step guides or by typing in specific queries.

Troubleshooting: This section assists users in addressing software-related issues concerning Data, Network, and Device Support. The Assistant guides users through a series of questions to diagnose the problem. Users can also provide feedback on their experience after troubleshooting.
