Oppo is set to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Find X9 Ultra, boasting a large battery and advanced camera upgrades. According to leaks, the Find X9 Ultra will feature a dual-cell battery setup rated at 6,850mAh (3,425mAh per cell), which is likely to be marketed as 7,000mAh typical capacity. This is a significant increase from the 6,100mAh battery found in the Find X8 Ultra, making the X9 Ultra one of the largest battery capacities seen in flagship smartphones.

Despite the larger battery, Oppo is reportedly maintaining fast charging speeds with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities. Moreover, the phone is expected to stay relatively slim, highlighting impressive engineering efforts.
The Find X9 Ultra will feature a 6.82-inch OLED display with a 2K+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, promising smooth visuals and vibrant colors. The device is also rumored to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor, paired with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Camera upgrades are impressive, with the phone tipped to include a quad-camera system: a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and dual periscope zoom lenses (200MP and 50MP) capable of up to 10x optical zoom. This marks a significant enhancement over last year’s Find X8 Ultra, which featured a 50MP main sensor and dual periscope telephoto lenses.
Additionally, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to carry an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, making it a robust flagship device.
Oppo is likely to launch the Find X9 Ultra in the first quarter of 2026, positioning it as a strong competitor against other flagship smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra thanks to its exceptional battery life and advanced camera system.
