Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S25 FE with modest upgrades and some disappointing news regarding RAM and storage. According to recent leaks, the phone will come with 8GB of RAM and offer two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB. While these specifications may suffice for most users today, they fall short in terms of future-proofing, especially as AI-driven applications increasingly demand more memory and storage capacity.

The Galaxy S25 FE is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and thinner bezels, potentially reaching a peak brightness of 2,600 nits, making it a vibrant screen for media consumption. The front camera might see an upgrade from 10MP to 12MP, though the rear camera setup is likely to remain similar to the S24 FE’s configuration, which includes a 50MP primary sensor, 8MP telephoto lens, and 12MP ultra-wide camera.
Under the hood, the phone may be powered by the Exynos 2400e chipset, a slightly toned-down version of the chipset found in the Galaxy S24, or alternatively by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip as a fallback option.
