The Snapdragon X80 5G Modem-RF System represents Qualcomm’s seventh-generation 5G solution, boasting impressive specifications such as a Peak Download Speed of 10 Gbps and Peak Upload Speed of 3.5 Gbps. Key features include a dedicated 5G AI Processor, support for NB-NTN satellite communications, and advanced AI-based enhancements for improved data speeds, latency, and power efficiency.

Commercial devices equipped with the Snapdragon X80 are expected to hit the market in the latter half of 2024, promising enhanced connectivity experiences for users.

Qualcomm FastConnect 7900

The Qualcomm FastConnect 7900 Mobile Connectivity system integrates Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth, and Ultra Wideband (UWB) technologies into a single chip. Leveraging AI for optimization across various scenarios, the FastConnect 7900 delivers superior performance while reducing power consumption and network latency.

Key features of the FastConnect 7900 include support for multiple data rates, High Band Simultaneous technology for enhanced performance, Bluetooth 5.4 compatibility, and integration with Snapdragon Sound and Qualcomm XPAN for an immersive audio experience.

Qualcomm AI Hub

The Qualcomm AI Hub serves as a platform for developers to access over 75 optimized AI models tailored for Snapdragon and Qualcomm platforms. By leveraging hardware acceleration across all cores within the Qualcomm AI Engine, developers can achieve up to 4X faster inferencing times.
Developers can seamlessly integrate these models into their applications, benefiting from immediate access to cutting-edge AI capabilities that enhance performance, memory efficiency, and power usage.
