Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M35 5G, the successor to the Galaxy M34, in Brazil. This mid-range smartphone boasts several impressive features, including a large and smooth display, a capable camera system, and a massive battery.

Display and Performance

The Galaxy M35 5G features a spacious 6.6-inch FHD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This combination promises sharp visuals and incredibly smooth scrolling and responsiveness. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the new Exynos 1380 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. This chipset should deliver solid performance for everyday tasks and even some light gaming.

Cameras

On the back, the Galaxy M35 5G sports a triple-camera system, headlined by a 50MP primary sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) for capturing clear and steady photos. It’s accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor for capturing expansive landscapes and a 2MP macro sensor for close-up shots. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 13MP front-facing camera.

Battery Life and Other Features

One of the highlights of the Galaxy M35 5G is its massive 6000mAh battery. This should easily provide all-day power for even heavy users. The phone also supports 25W fast charging, but keep in mind that a charger won’t be included in the box.

The Galaxy M35 5G runs the latest Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI on top. Samsung is promising up to 4 generations of OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates, ensuring your phone stays protected and up-to-date for years to come. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C connectivity, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and expandable storage via a microSD card.

Pricing and Availability

The Samsung Galaxy M35 5G comes in three colors: Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Grey. It is currently available in Brazil for 2,699 Brazilian Real (approximately USD 521 or Rs. 43,390). There’s no official word on its availability in other regions yet.
